Instructions:
Step 1
Gather your supplies
Firstly, we want to place our beads into a magic sorting tray so that they are easy to reach while making this piece.
Next, snip a roughly 25cm piece of wire.
Step 2
Add your beads
We want to add the beads onto the wire in size order, starting with 4mm beads, then 6mm, then 8mm. Place four small, four medium, then seven large beads. To finish the bead pattern, place four more medium beads, then four small.
Step 3
Bending your wire
To secure your beads you will need to snip off the excess wire, leaving around 4cm extra. Then take your round nosed pliers and curve the end of the wire into a small spiral to secure your beads. Do this to the other end of the wire as well. Once your beads are secure you can bend your wire into a crescent moon shape.
Step 4
Adding your pendant
For the star pendant you will firstly want to attach it to an open leaf bail. Next you will need to open a jump ring then attach both the star pendant and top spiral of your crescent moon before closing your hoop.
Step 5
Finishing touches
To finish off your suncatcher, chain around ten jump rings together and attach them to the top of your crescent moon so that it can be hung up.
