Orders placed before 12pm UK time are processed and dispatched the same working day, and orders after 12pm are processed the following business day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and UK public holidays.
We Pick and Check Your Items
We hold extensive stock across all product lines, so the vast majority of orders sail straight through to packing without delay.
If Anything Is Out of Stock, You Choose
In the rare event an item is unavailable, we email you the same business day with the affected items and a restock estimate, usually 1-4 working days. Wait for the restock, pick alternatives, or ask our team to recommend replacements, you are always in control.

Back Orders Reserved for You
Items with longer lead times or special production can be back ordered, reserved and dispatched the moment they arrive from our suppliers. Special production can take several weeks, and we keep you updated throughout.

Your order ships fully tracked via DPD or DHL Express. Delivery estimates on our Delivery Information page are ones we work hard to meet, though carrier delays outside our control can occasionally affect transit times.
