Commercial Invoices
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to download your commercial invoice. You can also download invoices anytime from the My Account section of our website. If you misplace your invoice or need a copy, get in touch and we'll happily provide one, provided the request is within 90 days of the original order date. After this period, invoices can no longer be issued.

How long does UK delivery take?
UK delivery takes 1 to 2 business days with standard DPD or DHL Express tracked shipping. Orders placed before 12:00 PM UK time are dispatched the same day, otherwise the next business day. Next business day and Saturday delivery options are also available at checkout. Remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Northern Ireland take 2 to 3 days.
Do you ship to the US, and are there extra charges?
Yes, we ship to the US with tracked delivery from 2 to 10 business days depending on the service you choose. There are no surprise charges: all customs duties, taxes and tariffs are calculated and prepaid at checkout on a Duties Pre-Paid basis, so your order clears customs quickly and arrives with nothing more to pay on delivery.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on qualifying orders: free DPD UK shipping over £150, free DPD Direct Worldwide over £300, and free DPD Air Express Worldwide over £800. Free shipping is calculated on order value excluding duties, tax and shipping fees, and is available in select countries. The qualifying option is applied automatically at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from the UK via DPD and DHL Express, with tracked delivery and signature on delivery as standard. Delivery times and costs vary by destination, and for all orders outside the UK, customs duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so there are no unexpected fees when your order arrives.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking details sent to you by email as soon as it is dispatched. Every order is fully tracked with proof of delivery and signature on delivery. If you have any trouble locating your tracking, email hello@bluestreakcrystals.com and our team will help you find your parcel.
What happens if my order is delayed, lost or damaged?
Every order includes free Order Protection as standard, covering loss, damage, theft, and missing, incorrect or defective items. If something goes wrong, get in touch and we will put it right. While we aim to deliver within the estimated times, delivery can be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs or courier delays.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM UK time are dispatched the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. If any additional processing time is needed, we will notify you by email within one business day.
