Lost, damaged, stolen, missing or incorrect, whatever the issue, your order is already covered.
Replacement or Refund
Claims are reviewed within 1-2 business days, then we arrange a replacement or refund, your choice.
When to File a Claim
The right time to file depends on the type of issue. Open the relevant section below for timeframes and what to include.
Package Lost in Transit
- UK orders: please wait a minimum of 7 days after the expected delivery date before filing.
- International orders: please wait a minimum of 14 days after the expected delivery date, as customs and international shipping can sometimes cause delays.
- Claims must be filed within 45 days of the fulfilment date.
Once the waiting period has passed, file a claim with your order details and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbours, household members and any alternative delivery locations first. If it is still nowhere to be found, file a claim within 45 days of the fulfilment date and we will put it right.
Package Arrives Damaged
Please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging they arrived in, then file a claim within 30 days of receipt including the photos as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
Missing or Incorrect Items
Please file a claim within 30 days of receipt with your order details, and we will arrange for missing items to be sent or incorrect items to be replaced or refunded. You can also email hello@bluestreakcrystals.com with your order number and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
