How the Programme Works
The Bluestreak Rewards programme is our way of saying thank you for being part of the Bluestreak Crystals family. It is completely free and open to every customer with an account on our website. Getting started takes less than a minute:

Ways to Redeem Points
Once you have built up your balance, exchange your points for discount coupons to use at checkout. Your coupon code is shown on screen and emailed to you for safekeeping.
To redeem, open Ways to Redeem or click the rewards icon, then enter your coupon code at checkout.
VIP Tiers
Bluestreak Rewards has four VIP tiers, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The more you engage with us, the higher you climb, and each promotion earns you bonus points as a thank you.

VIP tiers are recalculated every year starting 1st January, giving everyone a fresh chance to climb higher. Check your current tier in Bluestreak Rewards, or click the rewards icon and browse to the VIP Tiers section.
Points Expiry and Important Notes
A few things to keep in mind so you never miss out on a reward.
- ✅ 12 Month Expiry, points expire 12 months after they are earned, and each batch has its own expiry date. We will always email you a friendly reminder before any points expire.
- ✅ Payment First, points are only added once payment for your order has been fully processed.
- ✅ Reward Orders, points are not earned on orders fully or partially paid for using reward points.
- ✅ Cancellations and Refunds, if all or part of an order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding points are deducted from your account.
- ✅ No Cash Value, reward points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts, and we may update the programme terms from time to time (we will always let you know).

How Do I Join Bluestreak Rewards?
Bluestreak Rewards is free to join, simply register a customer account on our website and you will start earning points straight away, including 50 bonus points just for signing up.
How Do I Earn Bluestreak Rewards Points?
Bluestreak Rewards points are earned every time you shop with us (1 point per £1 spent, excluding shipping), follow or share us on social media, write a product review, or add your birthday for a 250 point gift on your special day.
How Do I Redeem My Reward Points?
Reward points are redeemed by opening Ways to Redeem in Bluestreak Rewards, or by clicking the rewards icon at the bottom left of any page. Coupons range from £5 off (500 points) up to £150 off (12,800 points), and your code is shown on screen and emailed to you to enter at checkout.
Do Bluestreak Rewards Points Expire?
Bluestreak Rewards points expire 12 months after they are earned, with each batch of points carrying its own expiry date. We always send a friendly reminder email before any points are due to expire, so you have plenty of time to redeem them.
What Are the Bluestreak Rewards VIP Tiers?
Bluestreak Rewards VIP tiers run from Bronze up to Silver, Gold and Platinum, and each promotion earns you bonus points, from 500 points for reaching Silver up to 2,000 points for reaching Platinum. Tiers are recalculated every year from 1st January.
Do I Earn Points on Orders Paid With Reward Points?
Points are not earned on orders fully or partially paid for using reward points, and points from any order are only added once payment has been fully processed.
What Happens to My Points if I Cancel or Return an Order?
Reward points earned on a cancelled or refunded order are deducted from your account, including partial cancellations, where the corresponding portion of points is removed.
