Magic Sorting Tray |

Instructions
Step 1
Gather your supplies
Firstly, we want to place all our beads into magic sorting trays so that they are easy to reach while making this piece.
Next, we need to measure out our thread. Each flower is relatively small so you will only need around 40 cm of thread for each flower.
Step 2
Start your flower
To begin, we need to thread 1 green bead, and then 15 pink beads onto our thread. Take your needle and thread it back through the green bead. This creates your first petal. Tie the ends of your thread in a knot so that it doesn’t loosen while you work. Make sure to leave some slack on the tied off end of your thread.
Step 3
Create your petals
To create the next petal, you will need to thread 1 green bead, and 13 pink beads onto your thread. This time you will need to thread your needle through the last 2 pink beads on your first petal, then the green bead you just threaded onto your work. Now pull your thread through.
Repeat this step 2 more times.
For the final petal, take both ends of your thread and place 1 green bead on one end of your thread, and thread the other end of your thread through the other side of your bead creating a cross shape. Thread your needle up through the next 2 pink beads on the first petal you made, then thread 11 pink beads onto your work. Finally, thread your needle through the last 2 pink beads on the petal to the right and then through the green bead you just placed onto your work.
Tie the ends of your thread to secure your work.
Step 4
Create the leaves
Choosing any petal to start, thread your need from the first pink bead closest to the centre of the flower through 5 beads. Place 4 green beads onto your work, then thread your needle down through the 5 pink beads to the left towards the centre of the flower. Thread your needle through the green bead, then back up the other side of the petal and through 5 pink beads once again.
Repeat this step 4 more times and tie off your work.
Repeat Step 2, 3 and 4 for your second flower.
Step 5
Finishing touches
Taking 2 marquise ear wires, open the hoop using round nosed pliers and attach each flower through any of the leaves you created. Then close the hoop with your pliers.
