This gold colour sew-on setting for Baroque Pear fancy stones (including Swarovski 4320) is a type of jewellery finding that is used to attach a stone or crystal to fabric or clothing. The setting has small holes or prongs on either end, allowing it to be sewn onto the fabric with a needle and thread.
