Larger orders qualify for a free upgrade to DPD Air Classic, our faster air service, automatically applied over $900 in the USA, €900 in Europe, and $1,500 in Canada and Australia, so bigger orders ship free and arrive sooner.
Is Free Shipping Tracked?
Yes, free shipping uses the same fully tracked DPD services as our paid options, with proof of delivery and signature on delivery, and international orders still have all duties and taxes prepaid at checkout.
Why Is My Country Not Eligible for Free Shipping?
Free shipping covers 29 countries where carrier costs make it viable, and some destinations are excluded due to excessive shipping charges. If your country is not listed, our standard tracked rates apply, shown at checkout and on our Delivery Information page.
Does Free Shipping Include Customs Duties and Taxes?
