Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. As a small, family-run business, we genuinely care about getting things right, and if anything's not quite as expected, we're here to help put it right.
Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Every order comes with free Order Protection as standard. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, file a claim within 30 days of receipt with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund quickly. No restocking fee applies, and return shipping for these issues is covered by us.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Parcels can occasionally run late, so before raising a claim please allow 7 days past the expected delivery date for UK orders, or 14 days for international orders. After that, file a claim or email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund or resolution.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Not suitable? Return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided:
- Items are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
- All crystal packs, retail and wholesale, are unopened with the seal intact. Once opened, they cannot be returned.
- Bundles are returned complete, they cannot be split or partially returned.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings, ear-wires and ear posts cannot be returned.
- Bespoke, made-to-order, special production, sale and end-of-line items are non-returnable.
All change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked, insured service.

- ✅ Returning From Outside the UK, attach a completed CN22 customs form to the outside of your parcel with the 'Returned Goods' box ticked, or import duty may be deducted from your refund.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions we're asked most about choosing, applying and ordering crystals.
Are your crystals genuine?
Yes. We are a Swarovski Authorised Distribution Partner and an Authorised Preciosa Partner, so every Swarovski and Preciosa crystal is 100% genuine and sourced directly from the manufacturer. Serinity (Austrian made) and Estella are our own brands, supplied direct by us.
What do SS and PP sizes mean?
SS (Stone Size) and PP (Pearl Plate) are crystal size systems, and the higher the number, the larger the crystal. For example, SS5 is around 1.8mm, SS16 around 4mm and SS30 around 6.4mm. See our crystal size chart for every size in millimetres.
What is the difference between hotfix and non hotfix?
Hotfix crystals have a heat-activated glue on the back and are applied to fabric with a hotfix applicator, heat press or iron. Non hotfix crystals have no glue and are applied with an adhesive suited to your surface, so they work on nails, glass, metal, plastic, leather and fabric.
Which glue should I use?
It depends on your surface: a fabric-safe glue such as Gem-Tac for textiles, a strong adhesive such as E6000 Plus for glass, metal and plastic, and a dedicated nail glue or gel for nail art. Our glue suitability guide covers every material.
How many crystals do I need?
Use our crystal calculator. Enter the size of the area you want to cover and it works out how many crystals of each size you need, and how many packs to buy.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Our sample service lets you try a crystal's size, colour and sparkle in person before committing to a larger order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12pm UK time are dispatched the same day on business days. We ship with DPD across the UK and FedEx worldwide, fully tracked, and duties and taxes for international orders are prepaid at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Can I return crystals?
