Swarovski fancy stones Oval (4120) in Golden Topaz are multi faceted pointed back crystals that have no thread hole and can be applied to fabric or to create jewellery designs using metal settings or in pre-made cavities. Swarovski Oval shaped crystals are an elongated elliptical shape with rounded ends. They have a multi-faceted surface that creates a multi-faceted effect, which gives them a sparkling and radiant appearance.
Golden Topaz is a warm and rich shade of yellow-brown that is similar in colour to the gemstone it is named after. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. As a small, family-run business, we genuinely care about getting things right, and if anything's not quite as expected, we're here to help put it right.
Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Every order comes with free Order Protection as standard. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, file a claim within 30 days of receipt with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund quickly. Return shipping for these issues is covered by us.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Parcels can occasionally run late, so before raising a claim please allow 7 days past the expected delivery date for UK orders, or 14 days for international orders. After that, file a claim or email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund or resolution.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Not suitable? Return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided:
- Items are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- Retail packs of crystals are unopened. Once opened, they cannot be returned.
- Wholesale packs are unopened with the seal intact (a 20% administration fee applies).
- Bundles are returned complete, they cannot be split or partially returned.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings, ear-wires and ear posts cannot be returned.
- Bespoke, made-to-order, special production, sale and end-of-line items are non-returnable.
Change-of-mind return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked, insured service.
