Crystal Blue Shade is a pale, cool grey-blue with a delicate, almost icy quality that evokes the clarity of a winter sky, perfect for bridal and occasion wear, spring and summer fashion embellishment, and dance and performance wear.
Hotfix flatback crystals feature a factory-applied heat-sensitive glue on the reverse side, bonding permanently to fabric, felt and foam with a hotfix applicator. No separate adhesive is needed, giving you clean, consistent placement every time.

Swarovski produces these hotfix flatback crystals in three precision cuts, each optimised for a different size range:
- 2000 Rose Cut โ 8 facets, available in SS3 and SS4. A clean, fine-detail cut suited to miniature embellishment and delicate work.
- 2038 Xilion Rose Cut โ 14 facets, available in SS5 to SS10. Optimised to maximise light reflection in smaller stone sizes.
- 2078 Xirius Rose Cut โ 16 facets with a star-cut base, available in SS12 to SS48. Delivers maximum brilliance in medium to large sizes.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. As a small, family-run business, we genuinely care about getting things right, and if anything's not quite as expected, we're here to help put it right.ย
Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Every order comes with free Order Protection as standard. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, file a claim within 30 days of receipt with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund quickly. Return shipping for these issues is covered by us.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Parcels can occasionally run late, so before raising a claim please allow 7 days past the expected delivery date for UK orders, or 14 days for international orders. After that, file a claim or email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund or resolution.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Not suitable? Return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided:
- Items are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- Retail packs of crystals are unopened. Once opened, they cannot be returned.
- Wholesale packs are unopened with the seal intact (a 20% administration fee applies).
- Bundles are returned complete, they cannot be split or partially returned.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings, ear-wires and ear posts cannot be returned.
- Bespoke, made-to-order, special production, sale and end-of-line items are non-returnable.
Change-of-mind return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked, insured service.
