Serinity hotfix crystals Round (2000, 2038 & 2078) in Tanzanite Shimmer are flat back crystals where the reverse side of the crystal has been pre-coated with a heat-sensitive glue. Tanzanite Shimmer is a mesmerizing blue-violet hue that possesses a unique quality of displaying various shades when observed from different angles, as the light reflects off the crystal's facets. This exquisite colour is frequently used in jewellery making and is prized for its vibrant appearance that blends seamlessly with a diverse range of metals and other colours, making it suitable for creating both timeless and contemporary designs. The subtle shimmer coating on this colour adds a softer version of the Aurora Borealis (AB) effect, creating a more subdued and gentle sparkling effect.

Serinity hotfix flat back crystals are available in three types of cut: 2000 with 8 facets (SS3 and SS4); 2038 with 14 facets which optimises the light reflection of smaller sized crystals (SS5 to SS10); and 2078 with 16 facets and a unique star cut design which provides the ultimate brilliance (SS12 to SS48).
