Bluestreak Crystals® Delivery, Tax & Customs Duties
We provide a fast dispatch service and orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL Express. Royal Mail provides a reliable, yet more affordable domestic and international delivery service, whereas DHL / DHL Express provide a super fast premium worldwide delivery service that is second to none.
If your order is placed before 12pm midday (UK time), it will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 12pm midday it will be dispatched the next working day. We will email you within one working day should we require additional time to dispatch your order. Please note: we are unable to dispatch orders at weekends or on public holidays in the United Kingdom, because the office is closed.
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and costs for each worldwide location can be found in the table below. Please note: Estimated Delivery refers to the delivery time once your order has been dispatched.
1 Next Day delivery is not available for remote parts of Scotland. For these regions delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days.
2 Europe Zone A includes the following European countries; Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
3 Europe Zone B includes European countries not found in Zone A, apart from those where delivery costs are high. These countries fall under Worldwide delivery.
4 Excludes specific states or remote regions where delivery costs are higher, these fall under Worldwide delivery.
5 For certain countries DHL Express is the only shipping option available.

DHL On Demand Delivery
DHL offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.
Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, the message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Schedule Your Delivery
If your estimated delivery date doesn’t suit, you have the option to select another date within 5 working days. Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your order.
Signature Release
If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Important note: if you choose to remove this, Bluestreak Crystals and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order.
Leave With Neighbour
Request for your order to be left with your neighbour by providing DHL with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, Bluestreak Crystals and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
Collection from a DHL Service Point or Parcel Locker
If you won’t be in for your delivery, you can choose to pick this up from DHL Service Point.
DHL ODD will show you the nearest DHL Service Points, so you can select which one works best for you. They’ll then contact you to let you know when it’s ready to collect and how long you have to pick up your delivery. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it’ll be sent back to the DHL depot.
To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:
- A photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)
- Your email/SMS notification from DHL
In the UK, you can also select an InPost Locker to pick up your order from. When your order is ready to collect, DHL will provide you with a key code by email and/or SMS which you’ll need to collect your parcel. They’ll also let you know how long you have to pick up your purchase.
Vacation Hold
Still on vacation? You can request DHL to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days for you. Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your delivery.
Taxes & Duties
If you are located outside of the United Kingdom i.e. European Union, United States of America or Canada etc. you are not required to pay UK VAT / Tax on your purchase from Bluestreak Crystals.
Important note: VAT may be included on the items in your basket until you enter your location at checkout, at which point it will be removed.
Import duties and customs charges may be charged on entry to your country by your local customs office. Bluestreak Crystals is not liable for any import duties or taxes and you will need to pay for any additional charges. If you are unsure what these charges may be, please contact your local Customs Office for more information before placing an order. Failure to pay import duties or taxes and accept delivery will incur additional charges from us should your order be returned.
