Are the crystals in the sale genuine? ▾
Yes. Every crystal and product in our sale collection is 100% genuine. Swarovski crystals in the sale are authentic products sourced directly from Swarovski as an authorised distribution partner. Swarovski jewellery and figurines are genuine Swarovski finished products. Serinity and Preciosa crystals are authentic products from their respective brands. We do not stock imitations, grey market goods or unbranded alternatives in any part of our range, including the sale collection.
Why are crystals in the sale discounted? ▾
Sale prices reflect a range of different circumstances including seasonal clearance of previous season colours and effects, discontinued colourways being replaced by new product lines, end of line products that will not be restocked, overstock of specific sizes or colours, and clearance of finished Swarovski jewellery and figurines from previous seasons. The crystals themselves are not impaired in quality the reduction is purely commercial, not a reflection of any defect or quality issue.
Will sale crystals be restocked? ▾
In most cases, no. End of line and clearance products in our sale collection are offered while stock lasts and are not restocked once sold out. Seasonal clearance stock may be replenished if we receive further allocation, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you find a product you need in the sale, we strongly recommend purchasing promptly rather than waiting.
When does the Bluestreak Crystals sale run? ▾
The Bluestreak Crystals Sale Collection runs year-round, with sale stock available continuously across discontinued colours, end of line items, seasonal clearance and overstock. Sale lines change as stock sells and new clearance items are added. For our deepest discounts of the year, our Black Friday Crystal Sale runs through Black Friday week each November.
Can I use sale crystals for professional projects? ▾
Yes. Sale crystals are identical in quality and specification to our full-price range the same genuine Swarovski, Serinity and Preciosa crystals used by professional designers, costume makers, nail technicians and jewellers worldwide. The only difference is the price. Sale stock is particularly popular with professionals looking to build stock of specific colours or sizes at a lower cost per unit.
What is end of line stock? ▾
End of line stock refers to products that are being discontinued by the manufacturer and will not be produced again. For Swarovski, this typically means a colour or effect that is being retired from the range as part of a seasonal update. Once end of line stock sells out at Bluestreak and across the supply chain, those specific colours and effects will no longer be available anywhere. End of line crystals are often highly sought-after by designers who have built collections or repeat designs around specific colourways.
Are Swarovski jewellery and figurines in the sale genuine? ▾
Yes. All Swarovski finished jewellery and figurines in our sale collection are genuine Swarovski products, sourced directly through our authorised distribution relationship. They are not copies, replicas or grey market imports. Sale jewellery and figurines may be end of line styles, previous season designs or clearance stock, but every piece is an authentic Swarovski product.
Can I return sale items? ▾
Sale and end of line items follow our standard returns policy with some exceptions. Please refer to our returns policy for full details on eligibility and the returns process. End of line and special production items are typically non-returnable as they cannot be restocked or reordered. We recommend using our sample service before purchasing sale stock in large quantities if you are unsure about colour or size suitability.
