Demure Drama turns down the volume: quiet luxury, softer lines, tonal palettes of warm browns, cool greys and the glow of pale moonlight. Otherworldly Opera leans into ornament and theatricality, the sort of dressing that treats getting dressed as a performance, against a palette of deep purple, violet, muted green-greys and shadowed blues. Rebellious Romance is the intentionally undone theme, retro-referenced, a little defiant, human rather than perfected. The new Crystal LacquerPRO Lux Effects, Blue Muse, Tuscan Yellow and Herbal Green, sit inside this theme and carry its energy: colours picked for confidence rather than polish.
Couture Comedy is the joyful one, colour used for expression, carnival-inspired shapes, playfulness with intent. Persian Red (TCF™): the most sustainable red Swarovski has made
Persian Red is a new colour, but the more significant story is the process behind it. Swarovski produces it using its TCF™ coloring technology, which is cadmium-free and delivers a substantially lower environmental footprint than the conventional coloring process. Swarovski's own figures put the difference at 69% lower resource use and 38% lower overall environmental footprint, based on a cradle-to-gate ISO 14040-conform screening Life Cycle Assessment performed by external agency Quantis.
Aesthetically, Persian Red is a bold, warm red with a slightly theatrical edge. It is the sort of colour that punctuates a neutral wardrobe rather than blending into it, and it is positioned inside the Couture Comedy theme, which centres on self-expression, playfulness and colour used for joy.
For designers and brands who are being asked more questions about the sustainability of their materials, Persian Red is worth flagging: it is one of the first Swarovski colours where the environmental case sits alongside the design case, and both are on the record.

Crystal Urban Grey: a moodier neutral for everyday design

It is a saturated purple rather than a soft one, and the finish is designed to hold its refinement in low light as much as bright light, which is what makes it suit the Fall/Winter emphasis on darker, more emotionally charged tones.
Purple is a colour with a long shorthand in design: luxury, ambition, rarity, magic. Crystal Iris Pearl leans into that reading rather than avoiding it, and the shifting quality of the finish gives designers a stone that reads as one colour up close and another from across a room. Cabochon Cupchain: a new format for Otherworldly Opera
The Cabochon Cupchain is a new product rather than a new stone. It sets Hotfix cabochons with a lustrous pearl lacquer into a linked chain, giving designers a ready-made length of pearl detail they can sew, glue or heat-set into a piece rather than setting each cabochon by hand.
It is being released in three plating options: Rhodium, Gold and Gun Metal. Both sides of the chain carry the refined finish, which matters when the chain is used in a piece where it will be seen from either face, such as a shoulder strap or an open collar. Bridal is the obvious first application, and Swarovski itself points to jewellery, shoes and accessories as the other core segments.
For anyone who currently works with our standard Swarovski Cupchains, the Cabochon Cupchain will feel familiar to apply, and the pearl finish gives it a softer, less overtly sparkly presence than a stone-set chain.
Deltoid Fancy Stone: a new kite-shaped cut
The Deltoid Fancy Stone is the new cut in this collection, and structurally it is one of the more interesting things Swarovski has released in some time. It is a kite-shaped Fancy Stone with a dual-cut construction: a princess cut on the reverse to maximise fire, paired with a step cut on the front for a crisp, architectural clarity. The result is a stone that reads as graphic and modern from the top and as brilliantly faceted underneath.
It is being launched in three commercially relevant sizes: 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. That covers most jewellery, accessory and embellishment applications from small detail work through to statement pieces. The colour range at launch spans Swarovski's bestselling classics alongside contemporary tones, so the Deltoid will slot into existing colour stories rather than requiring a whole new palette to be built around it.

Crystal Intarsia with Reflective Components: a new take on Intarsia motifs
Crystal Intarsia motifs are Swarovski's ready-made crystal artwork panels: precise, multi-stone compositions supplied as a finished element rather than set stone by stone. The new Reflective Components product introduces a retroreflective element into those motifs, which bounces light directly back toward its source rather than scattering it.
The practical effect is that a piece embellished with this new Intarsia will read normally under ambient light and light up sharply under a camera flash or a spotlight.
