When should I file a claim?
Package Status is Delivered (Stolen)

Package Lost in Transit
- Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is not “delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 14 days for international shipments), but not later than 45 days from the fulfillment date.
Package Arrives Damaged
- Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 45 days from the fulfillment date.

Commercial Invoices
When you place an order through our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email includes a link to download a commercial invoice for your purchase. If you misplace your invoice, we can provide a copy manually upon request, provided it is within 90 days of the original order date. After this period, invoices can no longer be issued.
