We offer the largest range of high quality crystals worldwide from the world's leading brands / manufacturers. Our range includes Swarovski Crystals, Serinity Crystals, Preciosa Crystals and Estella Crystals.

We only sell genuine cut-glass crystals so you can be sure that all of our crystals offer excellent levels of brilliance and sparkle. However, some are more sparkly than others, but they are also more expensive.

Yes we do. Bluestreak Crystals are one of very few Swarovski Distribution Partners that remain worldwide, and we continue to sell the entire range of Swarovski Crystals.

However, Swarovski Crystals are only available to pre-approved customers. Please apply online to continue purchasing Swarovski Crystals.

Alternatively we sell a wide range of crystals by Serinity, Preciosa and Estella that are available without any restrictions.

Crystal When a colour has no effect in or on it, it is the standard version of that colour. Classic Crystal (Foiled) is where the glass is completely colourless and you can see straight through to the silver foiling on the back. The foiling is reflective like the back of a mirror and helps the colour in the glass shine to its fullest potential.

Crystal AB 'AB' is short for ‘Aurora Borealis’, also known as the Northern Lights. This effect has an iridescent coating that covers the top of the crystal making it shimmer like the rainbow, predominantly in hues of pink. Please note: the AB effect can look different depending on the brand of crystals.

Hotfix Flatback Crystals have a flat reverse side that has been pre-coated with a heat-sensitive glue and they can be applied onto fabrics and materials using an iron (steam turned off) or a hotfix applicator. Hotfix Flatbacks are perfect for adding durable sparkle for segments such as bridal, dance, fashion, film and theatre.

Non Hotfix Flatback Crystals can easily be applied to most surfaces by hand, using one or two component glues which are most suitable for the surface, use and project. Non Hotfix Flatbacks are perfect for adding sparkle for segments such as accessories, crafting, dance, embellishment, fashion, film, nails and theatre.

We have an extensive range of crafting, crystal embellishment and jewellery making projects that you can try. They range from projects for beginners to more advanced projects for those with more experience.

All of our Projects include a list of all of the components and tools needed and step by step instuctions to complete each design.

You can Create a Customer Account on our website at any time. When you register an account, you will automatically be enrolled into our Loyalty Rewards Program, where you automatically earn reward points for every purchase (see below for more details).

We provide a fast dispatch service and will normally send out your order within one working day. If your order is placed before 12pm midday (UK time), it will be dispatched the same day. We offer fast worldwide delivery via DHL Express i.e. delivery to the USA takes 2-4 working days.

This will open up the Loyalty Rewards screen where you will be able to see how many points have been awarded to you and how to earn more points and spend the points you have.

You can earn points for the following activities:

• Opening a customer account on the Bluestreak Crystals website +50 points.

• Placing an order on the Bluestreak Crystals website, +1 points for every £1 spent (please note shipping costs are excluded).

• Enter your birthday details and receive +50 points on your birthday.

• Like the Bluestreak Crystals Facebook page +50 points.

• Share the Bluestreak Crystals website on your Facebook account +50 points.

• Share the Bluestreak Crystals website on your Twitter account +50 points.

Points are only earned once payment for your order has cleared and been fully processed. Points are not earned, when reward points have been used to pay for all or part of an order.

SPENDING POINTS

Once you have accumulated sufficient points, these can by redeemed for discount coupons at the following levels: 

• £5 OFF discount code = 500 points

• £10 OFF discount code = 900 points

• £25 OFF discount code = 2000 points

When you redeem your points a discount coupon will be displayed on the screen. This gives you the opportunity to write down the coupon code which can be used at checkout. The coupon code will also be sent to you via email. Please note - the more points you accumulate, the greater discounts can be gained.

HOW TO SPEND MY POINTS WITH A DISCOUNT CODE

Click on the 'Rewards' icon found in the bottom left corner of our homepage. This will open up the Loyalty Rewards screen where you will be able to select an option to ‘spend your points’. This will reveal the coupon options available to you.
