Gift cards can be redeemed against anything in our online store including our extensive range of beads, crystals, tools and accessories... we stock everything you need for crafting, embellishment and jewellery making.
When purchasing a gift card you can choose the value to be £10, £25, £50, £100 or £200. Once your purchase is complete you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value.
The value of the gift card can be redeemed against one or multiple orders. Gift cards are also compatible with Apple Wallet, which allows you to store / use the gift card on your iOS devices via Apple Wallet.
We provide a fast dispatch service and orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL / DHL Express. Royal Mail provides a reliable, yet more affordable worldwide delivery service, whereas DHL / DHL Express provides a super fast premium worldwide delivery service.
If your order is placed before 12pm midday (UK time), it will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 12pm midday it will be dispatched the next working day. We will email you within one working day should we require additional time to dispatch your order.

If you have ordered something that is not suitable, you may be able to return the item to us for a refund as long as the goods are returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your order and you meet the return requirements found in our Returns Policy.
