preciosa-rivoli-chatons-light-colorado-topaz
Preciosa Chatons Rivoli Round Stones Light Colorado Topaz

Preciosa Rivoli chatons in Light Colorado Topaz are genuine Czech-made pointed back stones. Available in SS24 (5.35mm) to SS47 (10.75mm) in retail packs of 6, 10 and 20 and wholesale packs of 144, 288 and 720. Light Colorado Topaz is a warm golden-brown with a soft honey clarity. A mirrored foil backing reflects light forward through the face of the stone, lifting the colour and giving a brighter return in a closed setting. Suited to bespoke jewellery, bridal accessories, watch faces, costume design and set embellishment.

About the Preciosa Rivoli Chaton

The Preciosa Rivoli is a round stone pointed on both the crown and the back, so it sits raised in a setting and throws light from a central peak rather than a flat table.

The pointed back is what separates these from a flatback. Once the stone is set, the metal of the cup or bezel sits behind the point and reflects light back up through it, which is why a set stone reads deeper and brighter than a flatback of the same diameter.

Match the setting to the stone size before ordering, since the point needs the correct depth to seat properly.
