preciosa-pearls-cabochon-crystal-ceramic-grey-pearl
Preciosa Pearls Cabochon Ceramic Grey

Preciosa Cabochon pearls in Ceramic Grey are genuine Czech-made undrilled pearls with a crystal core and a coated pearl surface. Available in 3mm, 5mm and 8mm in retail packs of 20 and wholesale packs of 288. These pearls are undrilled, so they are glued into a bezel, cup or recess rather than threaded. With no hole to conceal, the surface stays unbroken from every angle. Ceramic Grey is a soft matte-toned grey with a smooth even finish. Suited to bezel and cup settings, resin work, nail art and anywhere the pearl is glued to a surface.

About Preciosa Nacre Pearls

The Preciosa Cabochon pearl has a smooth domed face and a flat unpierced back. With no hole at all it is glued rather than threaded or pegged, sitting flush into a setting or flat against a surface and giving the look of a full pearl at half the depth.

Preciosa Nacre Pearls are built on a solid crystal core rather than glass or plastic, then finished with a coated pearl surface. The crystal core gives them the weight of a real pearl in the hand, and the coating is formulated to resist perfume, sweat and cosmetics, so the colour holds where a conventional pearl coating would dull or flake.

Use a jewellery-grade adhesive suited to a smooth coated surface. If you need extra grip, roughen the inside of the setting rather than the pearl itself.

Genuine Preciosa, Supplied Direct

Preciosa has been making glass in Bohemia since 1548 and still makes every pearl in the Czech Republic.
