This Simple Half Drilled bail measuring 7.5mm is made from Sterling Silver (925) and has a small loop at the top for attaching to a chain or finding, and a small post at the bottom to attach to the bead or pearl.
Half-drilled beads and pearls have a hole drilled partially through the center, leaving one end of the bead solid. A bail is used to attach the bead to the jewellery by inserting the drilled end of the bead into the bail, which is then glued or crimped onto the bead.
